To the Parents and/or guardians of current Pre-K students going into Kindergarten next year,

• The following are the immunizations that he or she must have or a vaccination exemption certificate in order to start school:
  • 5 DTap
  • 2 MMR
  • 2 Hep A
  • 4 Polio
  • 3 Hep B
  • 1 Varicella
